Whether you have some small items that need to be surface ground, or large plates or parts that need blanchard grinding, we can help you out.  We have an Okamoto surface grinder for smaller, precision surface grinding jobs.  We also have a Mattison rotary grinder Pictured above) for those large jobs that are difficult to get done.

 

So whether you are looking to just have some   parts cleaned up so they have a better surface finish, or if you need to hold a parallelism or flatness callout, we can help you, no matter if your parts are large or small.

Capabilities

Okamoto Capabilities
Magnet size 8" x 20", .0001 DRO equipped, flatness and parallel to .0002 (depending on type and thickness of material), and set up to grind anything from mild steels all the way up to carbide and ceramic.
 
Mattison Capabilities
52" Swing with a 30" height capability, flatness and parallel to .002 (depending on size of material), able to grind all types of steels and even able to grind aluminum
